If you order an out-of-stock item via check, money order, or credit card, we will not process your payment until we have shipped the item. There is no way to "hold" PayPal instant payments.

If you order an out-of-stock item, and order other items as well, please use the "comments" box at checkout to instruct us if you wish to wait for the whole order to be shipped at once, or if you wish to ship other items at once and have back-ordered items shipped when they arrive. If you request immediate shipment of the available items, we will process check or money order payments when the first items ship. We will charge credit card orders for the items shipped plus shipping, and charge the card again for the cost of back-ordered item(s) plus shipping charges when we get the item(s) back in stock. Please bear in mind that Paypal payments are immediate. If need be, we will refund payments for full or partial orders we cannot fill if they were paid by check, money order, or Paypal. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships, so credit card refunds should not be necessary. As a fraud prevention measure, we will only issue Paypal refunds for Paypal payments to the email address used to make the payment.

If for whatever reason we are not able to complete your order in a reasonable time, we will refund any completed payments.

No refunds will be issued unless and until the corresponding payment has been deposited into our account and the deposit has cleared.
