We will do our best to alert you if there will be any delay in shipment. Returns: Normally we only accept returns for defective merchandise or items damaged during shipment. Payment by Check or Money Order: We cannot ship until your payment has been cleared or confirmed and until we have confirmed that your order is ready to ship. PayPal: As PayPal is an instant payment system, there is no practical way to withhold payment to FoxAcre Press while we confirm that the item is available for shipment. If for any reason the Lawrence Watt-Evans webstore cannot complete your order, FoxAcre Press will immediately refund your payment in full via a PayPal payment to the email account you used to make the payment.
