We have done everything we can to produce a clear and accurate catalog. If, however, an error in our programming, or a mistake in our written policies, results in a plainly unintended consequence -- for example, charging a negative price or shipping 50 books for the price of one -- we reserve the absolute right not to honor such orders. In such a case, we will contact the customer and work to resolve the misunderstanding. We further reserve the right to refuse any orders which we regard as a malicious attempt to take advantage of such errors, and the right to refuse any orders which we believe may be malicious or fraudulent.
