FoxAcre Press will from time to time offer discounts via various coupons and coupon codes. These discounts are intended to encourage purchases of our products. The rules governing them are presented here.
Coupons or coupon codes must be presented at the time an order is placed, and will not be accepted if the rules governing the specific discount offer are not followed. Such rules will generally include, but are not limited to, such elements as time limits, the number of items ordered, the value of items ordered, the submission of a valid coupon code, the specific item or items ordered, and shipping requirements. Unless it is specifically stated otherwise, all discount offers are on the basis of one discount per customer per offer.
Unless there is a specific statement to the contrary, only one discount per order is allowed. If a customer attempts to submit more than one coupon or coupon code in a given order, only that coupon allowing the largest discount to the total order will be accepted.
In the event that a discount code or coupon is submitted in error, such that no discount is allowed under the rules of the discount offer in question, FoxAcre Press will make every good-faith effort to contact the customer and clear up the error before completing the transaction. If FoxAcre Press is unable to contact the customer, it will not ship the items, unless there is some reason (for example, a customer request for rush processing, or an order for expediated delivery) to suggest delay would be unacceptable to the customer. In such cases, FoxAcre Press will provide a written explanation of the problem, and the steps FoxAcre has taken, when it ships the ordered goods. If FoxAcre Press disallows a discount which it later accepts that the customer was entitled to receive, FoxAcre Press will refund the difference.
FoxAcre Press reserves the absolute right to refuse any coupon or discount code it believes is presented fraudulently, or in a malicious attempt to take advantage of unintended circumstances in the computer coding or the written conditions governing the discount offer.
